How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased.
My order included multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
When a customer purchases multiple items, there are many times when we utilize different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because of this, your items will be shipped separately. You may receive one before the next. Please don’t panic! If you don’t receive them all at once, please be assured they will get to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer International Free Shipping option?
Yes we do! But the shipping will take longer.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It’s a multi-step process that’s as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes us 1-3 days to process your order and fulfill packaging. After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 7-15 business days until it’s delivered to your shipping address not including weekends and holiday times. International customers may have to wait up to 15-45 days for their order delivery.
Help! I ordered an item but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
There are many online email providers whose SPAM filter are pretty high. Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation ended up in there.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, for 14 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from tracking.
